• The objective of this position is to design our products
• The applicant should have sound understanding or knowledge of:
• In material Handling Equipment, able to handle Design Engineers team.
• Design & Manufacturing knowledge in Hydraulics Industry
• Design of Gauges
• Working of cad software (preferably solid edge/ solid works)
• Design of special purpose machines (knowledge of basic pneumatic and basic hydraulics required)
• Design of material handling equipment
• Details technical discussion with suppliers and selection of hydraulic components
• Design of critical components such as power, cylinder & blocks
• Prove hydraulic system during trials in the factory
• Resolve all hydraulic related design issues in the factory and at customer site
• Support in the preparation of the offer with proposal BOM with costing
• Release of hydraulic spare components
• Standardization of hydraulic system design
• Design to 100% meet application requirement
• No design mistakes
• Completeness of BOM
• Reduce cost of hydraulic system
• Improvement in reliability and performance of the hydraulic system
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems
• Knowledge of available hydraulic components
• Knowledge of hydraulic presses & design
